FitTober
James D. Bevel City ParkJoin the Grayson County Extension Service and the Owensboro Health Community Health Committee for the second annual FitTober walking program, October 1 – October 30! Movement and physical activity are important for all of us, but it’s hard to be motivated to do it. Once we can start seeing or feeling the benefits of physical activity, it becomes a little easier to keep it up.
Registration will remain open through October 4th.
